This Privacy Policy sets out how we will treat the personal information which you provide to us while using the website located at www.reformstudios.net (the “Site”) and/or the services provided from it. Please read the following Privacy Policy to understand how your personal information is treated. We will collect the minimum amount of information about you that we need to provide you with a satisfactory service. Your use of this Site gives us the right to collect that information.

Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be displayed on the Site and will supersede this version of our Policy; such changes shall be effective from the date and time the revised Privacy Policy is posted on the Site. We will take reasonable steps to draw your attention to any changes in our Policy. However, we suggest that you read this document each time you use the Site to ensure that it still meets with your approval.

The Site, together with all its content is owned or controlled by the Studio unless otherwise specified.

Information Collected
We may collect any or all of the personally identifiable information that you give us depending on the type of transaction you enter into, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address, together with data about your use of the Site. Other information that may be needed from time to time to process a request may also be collected as indicated on the Site.

Data in relation to opening and maintaining a personal account; handling credit card transactions; enrolling and reserving space in workshops, classes, special events and appointments; and making on-line purchases are processed by MINDBODY Online and/or the MINDBODY mobile app on a secure website linked to the Site. MINDBODY has its own privacy policy and any information that you provide on their website will be subject to their privacy policy. MINDBODY’s privacy policy is available here.

In some cases, we may collect non-personal information. Examples of this type of information include the type of internet browser you are using and the domain name of the website from which you linked to the Site. We may use your information on an aggregated basis to do such things as operate and enhance the Site and deliver advertising.

How We Protect Your Information
The Studio will take reasonable technical and operational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. Although we use reasonable measures to help protect your information against unauthorized use or disclosure, we cannot guarantee the security of information provided over the internet or stored by MINDBODY, and will not be responsible for breaches of security beyond our reasonable control.

Use of Information Collected
We use the information collected on the Site for a variety of business-related purposes including improving the Site and contacting users. We may use your information to communicate with you on products, services and benefits; to contact you for market research; to respond to email; or to provide you with information we think may be of particular interest.

Cookies and Site Analytics
A cookie consists of information sent by a web server to a web browser, and stored by the browser. The information is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. This enables the web server to identify and track the web browser. The Site and/or the MINDBODY Online website use these cookies while you access the Site to avoid the need to re-enter details on different occasions; to improve the quality of our service; for storing user preferences; and tracking user trends (such as how people use the Site). If you do not wish to receive cookies, you may change the settings on your computer or browser accordingly. Note that some of the functionality of this Site may be compromised by blocking cookies.

We use Google Analytics to analyze the use of the Site. Google Analytics generates statistical and other information about Site use by means of cookies stored on users’ computers. The information generated relating to the Site is used to create reports about the use of the Site. Google will store this information.

If you download this add-on it does not stop your information from being sent to the Studio’s Site.

Disclosing Information
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your explicit permission or are required by law to do so. We may disclose information about you to our members of the Studio’s committees or their agents insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes as set out in this privacy policy (for example the membership dues collection process), or where the Studio needs to do so in order to run its business (for instance where the Studio outsources services for the processing of data).

We may also disclose personal information if we believe that doing so is necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request; detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; or protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of the Studio, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.

Does this Privacy Policy Apply to External Links Found On the Site?
This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site and does not address the practices of third parties who may collect your personal information. The information practices of those linked websites are not covered by this Privacy Policy, and we encourage you to be very cautious before you disclose your personally identifiable information to others.
